I am shy. Extremely introverted, claustrophobic, serious, but not boring. I have a weird streak and it shows itself when I start to get comfortable. I like to talk about completely nonsensical things with my friends, and serious issues with intellectuals. I wish I knew more intellectuals, because most of my friends are too shallow. They only want to be around me when I'm happy; not when I'm depressed, feeling suffocated, worrying too much about nothing, etc.
I especially like being around older men. I consider myself to be more like a male college student than a little girl, and so I feel most comfortable around the opposite sex (as long as we don't start talking about anything vulgar).
I am a writer, an artist, and a musician. I can't stand the straight and narrow, like math and certain scientific fields such as meteorology. I watch a documentary on the History Channel every day. I'm a stickler for good art films. I especially like Asian art films and animation because it gives me the feeling that every angle and every line spoken has a purpose, instead of most American art films where you feel like some doofus just got ahold of a nice camera and picked a cast off the street.
My art is related directly to the music I listen to. It is all about human emotion and the captivating beauty in every wrinkle and crease. About spirituality, love, and sensuality. My writing is similar, but at the same time completely different. It's more about what's floating around in my head. If I think of something that sounds intelligent, I write it down and pick at it until I understand it and change it to my liking. And by the way, I'm a graphic novelist, so I tend to use a more cartoonish style combined with realism. Like Satoshi Kon's style, only much more detailed.
I never ask questions about people I'm not interested in. I think it's dishonest to do so. I also dislike bad-mouthing people behind their backs. I don't often complain about anyone's behavior except to my mother. We are very close, and I trust her completely.
I was inspired to become a musician by my Jr. High choir director. He is one of the most influential people in my life, and I love him very much. My shapeless passion fuses with his technique when we become a team, and I've learned to absorb some of his structure and discipline for myself. I look forward to working with him further. Music is my life.
Björk is my favorite musician. I love her facial expressions (in her music videos), her radiant personality, and her lovely, uncorrupted voice.
And... I'm pretty much just spinning this whole profile out randomly... I love to act and make videos. I don't have a camera right now, or a lot of friends who are interested in acting.
